Just got word from my good mate Rodd Owen that his shot of JP's Brett Burcher made the cover of the 2010 Tracks photo annual, im fully stoked for Brett as he put in the hard yards this year and it has payed off with the cover of the best photos of 2010. The mag is available now at all newsagents, so check it out

Just got an email through from young Cory Tuenissen letting me know that he pulled a switch toeside 900 today, this might sound not all that exciting, except when you realise that Cory is only 13, which makes him the youngest person to ever pull this trick off..... big things to come from this kid

Dru Adler last week took out the Volcom VQS comp at Dbah. The waves were a very contestable 3-5 ft and the sun was shining for once, Dru took out the final with a very impressive last wave that saw him emerge from one of the only barrels ridden on the day to busting a nice air reverse on the end section to score a 9 and take hom 1st place, not only did he win the event but he also received the award for best move.
